Lundbeck is seeking a Psychiatry Account Manager for the Springfield, MA territory. You will lead promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, executing sales strategies with clinical knowledge to drive performance.

The role requires strong communication, data-driven decision making, and relationships across customers and internal teams. Eligible candidates live within 40 miles of the territory, travel up to 30–40% domestically may be required, and a 2+ year background in biopharmaceutical sales is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
• Must be able to complete product knowledge training annually.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of psychiatry portfolio and execute sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Apply data-driven insights to strategy and tactics.
• Understand reimbursement dynamics and manage payer access issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Lundbeck policies.
