• Process Player Rewards Accounts and approve new accounts for Mobile Betting App.
• Update customer accounts and generate win/loss statements.
• Research lost ticket claims and process contest applications.
• Send replacement rewards cards and monitor self-betting kiosks for compliance.
• Process admin emails promptly and organize documents for scanning.
• Ensure compliance with gaming statutes and company policies.
