Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide high level of customer service to diverse customers.
• Knowledge of sports betting options and ability to explain options to customers.
• Ability to adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and gaming control board.
• Experience resolving customer disputes and escalating when needed.
• Collaborative team player with leadership support.
