Job summary

Caesars Entertainment Corp’s Caesars Digital division is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Las Vegas sportsbook retail team. You will greet customers, answer questions about betting options, and promote responsible wagering.

Reporting to the Sportsbook Supervisor, you will uphold service standards, resolve basic issues, and work with teammates to maintain a welcoming environment. This role requires standing for long periods, being 21+, and compliance with gaming rules and company

Qualifications

Provide top-tier customer service to encourage repeat visits.
Adhere to all company and gaming control board rules/codes.
Familiarize with betting options and discuss them with customers.
Resolve disputes and escalate to supervisor when needed.
Work collaboratively with team and leadership.
Complete paperwork/documentation per policy and gaming standards.
