Job summary

The Atlanta Falcons Inside Sales program is an entry-level ticket sales role designed to give you the foundation and skillset to grow your career in the sports business. An Inside Sales Representative mainly sells PSLs and season tickets for the Falcons at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

This is a seasonal role from January 2027 to September 2027, onsite at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta. The ideal candidate is coachable, goal-oriented, highly motivated, and a self-starter with a genuine

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree completed before January 2027.
1 year of prior sports industry or equivalent sales experience is preferred.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and team-first attitude; competitive drive to be the best.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and active listening.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Dynamics or Archtics a plus.
On-site work Monday–Friday (9AM–5PM).

Responsibilities

Sell PSLs/season tickets to various lead campaigns and maintain CRM records.
Set and conduct virtual and in-person appointments with leads to move prospects through the sales cycle.
Educate buyers on price points, locations, and member benefits to secure new business.
Meet and exceed daily productivity metrics with 80+ outbound calls and substantial talk time.
