Job summary

The New Orleans Saints and Pelicans offer a 10-month intern-level program exposing entry-level candidates to the business side of sports in New Orleans, LA. These positions are full-time, paid, and span NFL and NBA seasons across departments.

Starting January 4, 2027, interns will train and develop in Inside Sales, selling Saints and Pelicans ticket packages with a focus on building the sport industry’s next generation of sales professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and willingness to learn.
• Positive, solutions‑oriented mindset and flexible to schedule.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to relocate to New Orleans area if needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by cold calling individuals and companies to set up face-to-face appointments and finalize sales of Saints and Pelicans tickets and packages.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals set by the team.
• Provide excellent customer service with prompt responses to inquiries.
• Balance customer interaction using CRM and ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with team to achieve shared sales targets and learn the business side of sports.
