Job summary

AMB Sports + Entertainment is seeking a Seasonal Fan Experience Associate to support data analysis, on-site event observation, and actionable projects across Falcons, Atlanta United, concerts, and major events at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

You will assist with survey analysis, reporting, onsite observations, and translating feedback into operational improvements while collaborating with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional work experience.
• Availability to work 80% or more of Mercedes-Benz Stadium Major Events, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication with fans, coworkers and leadership.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive professional relationships.
• Attention to detail and high personal accountability for tasks.

Responsibilities

• Data & Analysis: support post-event survey reporting, ad hoc analysis, and data requests; identify trends and opportunities for improvement; prepare reports and presentations; document data collection efforts.
