AMB Sports & Entertainment is seeking a collaborative Seasonal Fan Experience Associate to support Data & Analysis, On-Site Event Observation, and Actionable Solutions across Falcons, Atlanta United, concerts, and other Major Events at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta.

The role is hourly, on-site, with responsibilities including post-event survey support, onsite observations, event-day execution, and translating fan feedback into improvements.

Responsabilités

• Support post-event survey reporting and data requests across events.
• Observe the fan journey and document conditions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with reports, presentations, and materials translating data into insights.
• Support event-day execution, audits, and staff resources as needed.
• Help translate fan feedback into actionable recommendations and improvements.
