Georgia Swarm is seeking an Account Executive in our Ticketing Department to drive sales of premium seating, season tickets, and group packages. The role requires prospecting in a fast-paced environment and flexibility for non-traditional hours to meet goals.

You will pursue opportunities through calls, face-to-face meetings, events, and self-prospecting, while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with a front-office team. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced front-office environment.
• Comfortable making 70+ calls daily.
• Strong communication skills both on the phone and in-person.
• Solid organization skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsabilités

• Exceed outbound sales effort by making 70+ calls daily to sell memberships and tickets.
• Build relationships with prospective clients while servicing current accounts.
• Meet with prospective and current buyers via various channels.
• Surpass sales goals set by management.
• Grow fan knowledge of the Swarm experience.
• Prioritize tasks to maximize lead base and prospect lists.
• Understand Swarm pricing and seat locations.
• Use CRM and ticketing systems; maintain records.
• Available for home games and team events.
• All other duties as assigned.
