Job summary

The Atlanta Gladiators are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, full-time Account Executive to drive ticket sales at Gas South Arena. You will coordinate calls, manage leads, and close deals across season tickets, suites, and group sales, with uncapped commissions and in-house training.

Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word is required; Salesforce or Ticketmaster experience preferred. You must be able to work nights, weekends, and events, and be ready to network across the Atlanta metro area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in professional sports.
• Experience with outbound calls and emails (50+ calls a day).
• Knowledge in Salesforce or Ticketmaster or other ticketing/CRM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute sales calls with current and potential customers.
• Full-menu sales approach – season tickets, suites, groups, etc.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and sales reporting.
• Attend all weekly sales and required meetings.
• Attend all scheduled games and events; grow the brand and network in the Atlanta area.
