Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced organization in Plano, TX. This onsite, full-time role offers temp-to-hire status with an hourly pay rate of $17.

You will assist customers with orders, submissions, services, and account information. You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, and digital channels, document interactions, and partner with internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining professionalism in a high-volume

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with customers by phone, email, and/or digital channels.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite in Plano, TX.
• Interest in sports, trading cards, or collectibles is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with order, submission, and service-related questions.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and accurately.
• Research order information and provide customers with timely updates.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate complex issues when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions and account information.
• Partner with internal operations teams to research and resolve issues.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
