Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Plano, TX team. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and online services to ensure an exceptional experience and accurate information flow.

The role reports to the Customer Service Manager and requires onsite presence five days a week. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2 years of customer service experience or an associate degree, and strong computer and CRM/POS skills.

Qualificações

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Associates’ degree and/or 2 years’ experience in Sales or customer service.
• Strong computer knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers on behalf of the company to craft memorable experiences that enhance customer retention via phone, email and online services.
• Provide accurate, efficient, and courteous customer service; process incoming information requests; communicate turnaround times with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Educate customers about the submission process.
• Assist customers by answering inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Coordinate elevated issue resolution and oversee follow-up actions.
• Maintain customer notes and communications in Beckett’s CRM system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
