Job summary

EnerStaff LLC is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Dallas, TX for an onsite role. The position pays $24-$29 per hour, runs 8am–5pm, and starts ASAP.

You will be the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring orders, timelines, and specifications are executed accurately across multiple departments. The role emphasizes high-touch account management, operational coordination, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet strict timelines and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for order execution and issue resolution.
• Coordinate activities across Customer Service, Production, Scheduling, Prepress, Quality, Finance, and Sales.
• Ensure on-time delivery and order accuracy.
• Support onboarding, expansions, and customer initiatives.
• Participate in customer meetings and business reviews.
• Identify risks that could impact delivery or satisfaction.
• Assist with pricing and invoicing documentation.
