Beckett in Plano, TX is seeking a motivated Associate Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Service team. This onsite role requires daily in-office presence and offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on exceptional customer experiences.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and online, ensure accurate information, educate customers on submission steps, and maintain CRM records. Reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Qualificações

• High school degree or equivalent; Associates’ degree and/or 2 years’ experience.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Strong computer knowledge; accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM and POS systems.
• Ability to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and relationship-building.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Organized, dependable with teamwork-minded attitude.
• Critical thinking; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and promote a collaborative team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers by phone, email, and online to craft memorable experiences.
• Provide accurate, efficient, courteous service and manage information requests.
• Educate customers about submission processes and timelines.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints; escalate as needed.
• Maintain and organize customer notes in Beckett CRM.
• Support management with duties as assigned.
