Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College coursework preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Answers phones, schedules customers and assists with inquiries.
• Provides customer service related to sales, promotions, and installations.
• Takes inbound/outbound calls, processes payments and schedules services.
• Maintains data entry via emails, texts and other tools to route resources.
• Makes follow-up calls for permits/inspections and reschedules as needed.
• Ensures customer relations are maintained and complaints are resolved per laws.
• Follows company policies and safety guidelines.
