Prostaffworkforce in Frisco, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join our client’s team. The role is fully onsite during training, with a transition to a hybrid schedule after successful training and onboarding.

Direct Hire with pay rate: $17-20/hr (DoE). Schedule: Mon-Thu in the office/store, Fri remote. Hours are 8:00 am–6:30 pm CST. You will be scheduled by the Senior Customer Service Manager.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Reliable, team-oriented, proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries and process orders.
• Assist with data entry, POS transactions, and returns.
• Maintain clean store displays and support daily operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
