Responsibilities include hiring support, onboarding, and coaching to build a people-first culture, planning ahead for events, and maintaining merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales or customer-focused experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights with ladder or platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store leadership and direction to teammates.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure brand standards.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding of teammates.
• Coordinate daily workflows and store events.
• Uphold safety, loss prevention, and merchandising standards.
