Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the store department.
• Plan and organize with guidance from ASM; delegate based on priority.
• Uphold brand, merchandising, and presentation standards.
• Comply with loss prevention standards and audits.
• Support building and training a strong team; train new teammates and cross-train current team.
• Other tasks as needed to support the team and store.
