As a key member of the leadership team, you will plan 30-day work with the Assistant Store Manager, maintain merchandising standards, and support hiring, onboarding, and training to build a strong, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales or customer-focused experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead as in-store expert of their department, delivering great service and directing teammates.
• Coach teammates, model the why behind tasks, and develop others.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new teammates with store leadership.
• Plan 30-days-out work with the ASM/Store Manager and align the workforce.
• Uphold merchandising standards, floor sets, pricing, and inventory presentation.
• Support store leadership, safety, and loss prevention policies.
