• Contribute to 30-60-90 day plans with store management to meet priorities.
• Develop schedules and staffing to meet athlete traffic and payroll goals.
• Build and lead a team, hire, onboard, coach, and manage performance.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store procedures.
