Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift 15–35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver the best service to customers and provide direction to teammates.
• Assist store leadership with supervision and training of teammates and onboarding.
• Build a people-first culture by connecting with every teammate and fostering trust and collaboration.
• Plan daily assignments, game plans, and store events 30 days out with guidance from management.
