Learfield IMG College in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Partnerships Solutions Coordinator to support university sponsorship activations on campus. You will manage day-to-day fulfillment across partner accounts, coordinate assets, and assist with gameday operations to bring sponsorships to life for fans and brands.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of partnership agreements across platforms.
• Liaise between property team, university staff, and brand partners for asset delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Track inventory and records of sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist with gameday operations, including setup, signage, hospitality, and promotions.
• Supervise gameday staff as needed for on-site execution.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled elements.
• Support budget tracking, invoicing, contracts, and expense reporting.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate with sales, digital, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
