Job summary

Learfield IMG College is seeking a focused Partnership Solutions Coordinator to support the University of Georgia property. You will coordinate day-to-day fulfillment, track assets, and collaborate with university staff, brand partners, and internal teams to ensure on‑time delivery of sponsor elements for games and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in marketing, partnerships, events or related field; internships welcome.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnerships across platforms.
• Coordinate with university staff and brand partners to deliver assets.
• Maintain relationships with partners, staff, and stakeholders.
• Track inventory and records of sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist gameday operations including setup and promotions.
• Supervise gameday staff as needed for on-site execution.
• Provide performance documentation for fulfilled elements.
• Assist with budgets, invoicing, contracts, and expense reporting.
• Support partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate with sales, digital, and marketing teams for seamless execution.
