Job summary

Learfield is seeking an organized Partnerships Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team and support the execution of corporate sponsorship activations on campus. This role plays a key part in bringing partnerships to life for fans, sponsors, and the university community.

You’ll manage day-to-day fulfillment across partner accounts, track assets, support gameday operations, and collaborate with internal teams and brand partners to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or related field; internships or early career welcome.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across platforms (traditional, digital, in-venue).
• Serve as liaison between property team, university staff, and brand partners to ensure smooth delivery of partner assets.
• Track inventory and maintain records of sponsorship elements and deliverables.
