Job summary

Learfield seeks an organized Partnerships Coordinator to support campus sponsorship activations and fulfillment for the University of Tennessee. You will coordinate with partners, the university, and internal teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and on brand.

You will help with gameday operations, asset tracking, and reporting, thriving in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with partners and university staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, partnerships, events or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to support across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across platforms.
• Serve as liaison between property team, university staff, and brand partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Track inventory and maintain records of sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist with gameday operations including setup, signage, hospitality, and promotions.
• Supervise gameday staff as needed for on-site execution.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled elements.
• Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, contract docs, and expense reporting.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, digital, and marketing teams.
