Job summary

Learfield is seeking an organized Partnerships Solutions Coordinator to support campus sponsorship activations. You’ll coordinate day-to-day fulfillment, assets, and gameday operations with internal teams, university staff, and brand partners to ensure seamless delivery.

Ideal candidates have experience in marketing, partnerships, or events, strong attention to detail, and solid communication skills. This role involves evenings, weekends, and on-site game days at campus venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, partnerships, events or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of partnership agreements across platforms.
• Liaise between the property team, university staff, and brand partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Build relationships with partners, athletic department staff and internal stakeholders.
• Track inventory and maintain records of sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist gameday operations, including setup and hospitality.
• Supervise gameday staff as needed for on-site execution.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled elements.
• Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and contract documentation.
• Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, digital, and marketing teams.
