Learfield IMG College is seeking an organized Partnership Solutions Coordinator to support campus sponsorship activations. You will handle day-to-day fulfillment for partner accounts, coordinate with university contacts and brand partners, and track assets to ensure seamless game day and on-site delivery.

The role emphasizes logistics, planning, and collaboration across teams to grow sponsorships and deliver measurable results for fans and partners.

Qualifications

• Some experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across platforms.
• Coordinate with campus and brand partners to ensure on-time delivery of assets.
• Track assets, manage inventory, and assist with gameday operations.
• Prepare documentation for partnerships and contribute to internal reporting.
