Job summary

Learfield is seeking a Partnership Solutions Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team and support sponsorship activations on campus. You will handle day-to-day fulfillment, track assets, and coordinate with university contacts and brand partners to ensure seamless delivery.

The role combines logistics, planning, and collaboration across departments, with opportunities to grow a career in sports sponsorship and gain hands-on event experience.

Qualifications

• Some experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute activation and fulfillment across platforms.
• Coordinate with university staff and brand partners.
• Track inventory and sponsor deliverables.
• Assist gameday operations and on-site execution.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and contract records.
