Job summary

Learfield is seeking a Partnership Solutions Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team and support corporate sponsorship activations on campus. You’ll coordinate day-to-day fulfillment, track assets, and collaborate with university partners, brands, and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery for gameday events.

The ideal candidate has experience in marketing or partnerships, strong organization and communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced live-event environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with initiative and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support activation and fulfillment of partnership agreements across platforms.
• Serve as liaison between property team, university staff, and brand partners.
• Build relationships with partners and stakeholders and represent Learfield professionally.
• Track inventory and maintain records of sponsorship elements and deliverables.
• Assist with gameday operations including setup, signage, hospitality, and promotions.
• Supervise gameday staff as needed to ensure on-site execution.
• Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled elements.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, contract docs, and expense reporting.
• Contribute to partner recaps and internal reporting.
• Collaborate with sales, digital, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
