Johnson Brothers, a leading family-owned beverage distributor in the Northern VA region, is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our spirits portfolio with On-Premise and Off-Premise accounts. You will open new accounts, build relationships, present promotions, and manage territory from Centreville to Fairfax Circle, with evening hours and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in beverage or related field.
• BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work outside 8-5 and occasional weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent customer contact.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives.
• Handle customer issues promptly and friendly.
• Present products and promotions effectively.
• Grow business and meet company objectives.
• Nurture new and undersold accounts.
