Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Richmond, VA is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow an established spirits portfolio within the Off-Premise channel and open new accounts in the assigned territory through consultative sales.

The role requires building relationships, managing accounts, and delivering value to retailer partners with a focus on timely service and brand promotion. This is a full-time position based in Richmond, VA.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years minimum at a Sales Representative role or higher.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work outside 8-5 schedule, including evenings/weekends.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent customer contact and relationship-building with Off-Premise accounts.
• Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives across assigned territory.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop product knowledge and promotional schedules to drive sales.
• Deliver effective sales presentations to retailer partners.
• Grow business by identifying and nurturing new and undersold accounts.
• Utilize POS and promotions to maximize selling opportunities.
