Job summary

Enthuse Marketing is an education-led marketing agency seeking an Account Manager to drive commercial performance for client brands in on- and off-premise accounts. You will analyze territory and accounts to identify opportunities, plan POS materials and in-store experiences, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.

The role requires 3–5 years in beverage/alcohol, strong communication skills, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent job experience in CPG industry.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the beverage alcohol industry/hospitality preferred.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of working time, including up to 5 hours driving time; nights and weekends may be required.
• Confident and outgoing with excellent presentation and communication skills; tailor communications for various environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and BI tools; ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and implement brand and portfolio engagement using performance data.
• Drive brand presence and advocacy in accounts with strategic engagement activities.
• Spot opportunities and propose brand solutions to customers; activate quickly and efficiently.
• Install and maintain point-of-sale materials; build impactful displays in-store.
• Plan and deploy in-store experiences and educate clients, trade, and consumers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage inventory and OOS issues; ensure compliance.
