Job summary

Sazerac Company seeks a Market Development Representative to drive growth for our spirits brands in a defined territory around Milwaukee. You will connect consumers with brands through events, tastings, and promotions, while partnering with on-premise accounts and wholesalers.

You will lead growth initiatives, analyze sales data, and collaborate with team members to meet distribution and volume goals, including KPI tracking and strategic programs that boost brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• Results-driven with proven volume achievements and ability to meet distribution and retail promotional goals.
• Demonstrated use of sales data analytics and tools to drive results and identify market trends.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Craft solutions for growth by boosting business for assigned accounts and increasing market share.
• Build brands by educating customers using consumer and category trends.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Help achieve volume objectives for core brands in the portfolio.
• Develop and execute programs delivering on distribution, merchandising, and promotional goals.
• Develop mutually valuable rapport with customers by understanding their needs.
