Job summary

Enthuse Marketing is seeking a role responsible for the commercial performance of client brands across a targeted set of on- and off-premise accounts, organized into a journey plan. You will analyze the territory and each account to determine priority selling, promotions, education, and merchandising opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent job experience in the CPG industry.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the beverage alcohol industry/hospitality preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to tailor messaging for various environments.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of working time, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; comfort with PowerBI and field tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and implement brand and portfolio engagement using performance data.
• Drive brand presence, performance and advocacy in accounts with strategic engagement.
• Identify activation, promotion, and merchandising opportunities and propose brand solutions.
• Install and maintain POS materials and build impactful displays.
• Coordinate in-store experiences and education events; ensure timely surveys and reports.
• Maintain communication with client and agency stakeholders and ensure inventory and OOS management.
• Manage budget, expenses, reporting, and data tracking; participate in training and asset management.
