Job summary

Enthuse Marketing Group, LLC seeks a field-based marketing professional to drive commercial performance for Client brands across a strategic account set in Montana. You will analyze territory data to identify priority selling, promotions, education events, and merchandising opportunities.

You will engage customers to plan, design, and execute activities that support sales growth within their channels, including in-store displays, POS materials, and experiential programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the CPG industry.
• 3–5 years’ experience in the beverage alcohol industry/hospitality preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to tailor communications for different environments.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of time, including up to 5 hours driving.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; PowerBI and field tools knowledge.
• Ability to learn internal systems such as Go Spot Check.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and implement brand engagement using performance data provided by agency and client.
• Drive brand presence, performance and advocacy in accounts with strategic engagement activities.
• Spot opportunities and propose client brand solutions to customers; activate quickly and efficiently.
• Install and maintain POS materials within accounts with clean, current assets.
• Build impactful displays to engage shoppers and reinforce brand messaging.
• Plan and deploy in-store experiences and education events per national/regional/local plan.
• Survey outlets using photo capture software and submit reports on time.
• Maintain communication with client and agency stakeholders; collaborate with local sales partners.
• Manage agency initiatives: budget, reporting, data tracking, and training initiatives.
