Job summary

Enthuse Marketing is seeking an On-Premise Activation Specialist to execute local activations for a premium spirits portfolio within a designated territory. This field-based role leverages local relationships, on-premise knowledge, and social influence to create authentic consumer experiences that drive brand visibility and demand.

The role involves independent field work, timely reporting, and collaboration with agency teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must live in assigned territory and be willing to travel.
• 3+ years of experience in beverage alcohol, hospitality or events.
• Strong understanding of the on-premise channel, including bars, restaurants, nightlife, and hospitality ecosystems.
• Bilingual English and Spanish-speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand activations, tastings, trade engagements, and events within assigned on-premise accounts.
• Deliver programming according to objectives, activation standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Tailor activation delivery to account, occasion, community, and sub-channel.
• Coordinate activation logistics, staffing, and on-site needs with the Field Activation Manager.
• Maintain a high standard of execution and consumer experience.
• Build productive relationships with on-premise contacts, distributors, client market teams, and partners.
• Observe and report consumer and trade feedback to improve programming.
