Job summary

Enthuse is seeking a dynamic field marketer in Montana to drive client brand performance across targeted on- and off-premise accounts. You will plan, execute, and optimize engagement activities, displays, and events to boost sales and brand presence.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and the ability to work with agency and client teams for delivery of performance initiatives. Ideal candidates have beverage industry experience, a degree, and proficiency in PowerBI, VIP, and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent job experience in the CPG/beverage industry.
• 3–5 years of beverage alcohol industry/hospitality experience preferred.
• Confident with personal presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel at least 25% including nights and weekends.
• Understand Montana beverage regulatory environment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with PowerBI, VIP and Go Spot Check tools.
• Proven track record building customer relationships.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of client brands in targeted on/off premise accounts.
• Analyze territory and accounts to identify selling, promo, education, and merchandising opportunities.
• Plan, design, and execute activities to support sales growth in accounts.
• Drive brand presence and advocacy using data-driven engagement strategies.
• Identify activation and display opportunities and propose brand solutions.
• Install and maintain POS materials and compelling displays.
• Plan and deploy in-store experiences and education events.
• Survey outlets using photo capture software and report timely.
• Maintain stakeholder communications with clients and agency partners.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure inventory and manage OOS issues.
• Oversee budgets, reporting, and performance data tracking.
• Ensure compliance with marketing code guidelines.
