Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in San Jose seeks a Sales Representative to grow accounts and maximize supplier brand sales through effective planning, selling, and communication. You will run established routes, deliver engaging presentations, and train staff to enhance in-store impact in a fast-paced team culture.

Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years in sales, MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Base+uncapped commission potential!

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other programs including presentation software.
• Results-oriented with strong verbal/written communication and customer service.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and in a team, with attention to detail.
• Analytical and reporting skills; problem-solving abilities.
• Must have valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Prepares and delivers professional sales presentations to customers.
• Maintains product levels in accounts and restocks where permitted.
• Educates staff on priority brands and trains accordingly.
• Manages receivables and communicates about aged balances.
• Delivers products and handles issues or complaints, escalating as needed.
• Supports openings by developing orders for new accounts.
