Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in San Jose is seeking a Spirits Sales Representative to manage On Premise accounts across the San Jose area. You will call on accounts, present products, and build in-store promotions while maintaining inventory and educating staff on priority brands.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission with a potential earnings range of $75k to $100k+ annually. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for daily routes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to multi-task.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Call on accounts and cover daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Analyze account base by visiting each account and identify opportunities; complete surveys and ensure account compliance.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and balance company priorities with customer needs (new products, placements, promotions).
• Maintain product levels by stocking shelves where legally permissible and restocking as needed.
• Educate account staff on priority brands via staff training seminars.
• Manage accounts receivable by processing credits/returns and communicating on aged receivables.
• Assist with opening new accounts by developing opening orders with Field Sales Manager.
• Conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public while handling beverage alcohol.
