Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Spine Specialist to work with the Spine Territory Manager, covering a territory, managing inventory, and handling limited sales duties. The role represents the company while adhering to quality policies and procedures.

Key functions include ongoing product knowledge development, achieving sales goals, and field-based customer engagement. Travel and collaboration with leadership are required as part of territory support.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years spine sales experience preferred; healthcare sales ok.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or business required? (stated as a requirement).
• Exemplary listening, communication and influencing abilities.
• Ability to travel, including nights and/or weekends.
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy.
• Ability to make effective sales presentations.

Responsibilities

• Gain product knowledge through formal sales training and surgeon programs.
• Meet or exceed all sales goals and objectives.
• Conduct sales calls to promote and service Globus Medical products to customers.
• Assist Spine Territory Manager on field calls and address issues.
• Ride along with Area Director for field exposure.
• Develop and grow customer base and increase market share.
