Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Spine Specialist to support the Spine Territory Manager, covering a territory with inventory responsibilities and limited Sales duties. You will promote products, conduct calls, and help expand the customer base while adhering to quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications include 1–2 years of spine sales experience or related healthcare sales, a science or business Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel, including nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' spine sales experience preferred; other healthcare or B2B sales considered.
• Bachelor's degree in science or business.
• Exemplary listening, communication and influencing abilities.
• Willingness to travel, including nights/weekends as needed.
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy.
• Ability to deliver effective sales presentations with positive results.

Responsibilities

• Gains product knowledge through formal training and surgeon programs.
• Meet or exceed all sales goals and objectives.
• Conducts sales calls to promote, sell, and service Globus Medical products to customers.
• Assists Spine Territory Manager on field calls and addresses account issues.
• Performs field ride-alongs with Area Director and Spine Territory Manager regularly.
• Develops and increases customer base to grow market share within territory.
