Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Spine Specialist to support the Spine Territory Manager, with territory coverage, inventory management, and limited sales responsibilities. You will promote products, conduct calls, and help grow the customer base while aligning with company compliance standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of spine sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree in science or business, excellent communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' spine sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in science or business.
• Excellent listening, communication and influence skills.
• Willingness to travel, including nights/weekends as needed.
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy.
• Ability to deliver effective sales presentations.

Responsibilities

• Gains and increases product knowledge through formal sales training.
• Meet or exceed all sales goals and objectives.
• Conducts sales calls to promote, sells, and services Globus Medical products.
• Assists the Spine Territory Manager on field calls for assigned geography.
• Performs field ride-alongs with Area Director and Spine Territory Manager.
• Develops customer base and increases market share in territory.
• Provides feedback on product development opportunities and market feedback.
• Maintains compliance with quality policy and procedures.
