Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Interventional Specialist to cover a defined territory, manage inventory, and drive sales for spinal products. You will represent the company, support physicians, and collaborate with the District Sales Manager to grow the business while upholding quality policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' successful spinal cord stimulation or interventional spine sales experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and active vehicle insurance
• Exemplary ability to listen, communicate and influence
• Ability to travel as necessary, which may include nights and/or weekends
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy
• Ability to make sales presentations with positive results

Responsibilities

• Gains product knowledge through formal sales training and physician programs, attends surgeries and industry research
• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives in the territory
• Manage specified target accounts as designated by the District Sales Manager
• Conduct sales calls to promote Nevro products to existing and competitive customers
• Provide clinical support for customers (programming, reprogramming, educating customers and patients)
• Assist the District Sales Manager on field calls and address issues on accounts
• Perform field ride-alongs with Area Director and DSM
• Develop and increase customer base to grow market share in assigned territory
• Plan, coordinate and execute local educational and sales events with internal support
• Provide feedback on product development opportunities and market trends
