Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Associate Spine Specialist to join our team and cover a dedicated territory. You will work with the Spine Territory Manager to drive sales, manage inventory, and support account development while adhering to quality policies and compliance requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of spine sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proven ability to listen, persuade, and present effectively.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years spine sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business.
• Exemplary ability to listen, communicate and influence.
• Ability to travel as necessary, including nights/weekends.
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy.
• Ability to make sales presentations with positive results.

Responsibilities

• Gains product knowledge through formal sales training.
• Promotes and services Globus Medical products to existing and competitive customers.
• Conducts sales calls to meet sales goals and objectives.
• Takes field ride along with leadership to address accounts.
• Develops and grows customer base within territory.
• Provides feedback on product development and market opportunities.
