Globus Medical is seeking a Spine Specialist to collaborate with the Spine Territory Manager and cover a defined territory, manage inventory, and handle limited sales responsibilities. The Associate Spine Specialist will represent the company while adhering to quality policies and procedures.

The role requires 3–7 years of spine sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business, and the ability to travel, including nights and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 3-7 years spine sales experience preferred
• Exemplary ability to listen, communicate and influence
• Ability to travel as necessary, which may include nights and/or weekends

Aufgaben

• Gains and increases product knowledge through formal sales training, surgeon speaker programs, surgeries/OR visits, and industry research
• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives and conduct calls to promote Globus Medical products and services
• Support Spine Territory Manager on field calls and address issues; conduct field rides with Area Director and Spine Territory Manager
• Provide feedback on product development opportunities, new target accounts, sales performance, and market feedback
