Job summary

Globus Medical seeks an Associate Spine Specialist to cover a defined territory with a focus on growing sales of spine products. You will work with the Spine Territory Manager, participate in surgeries/operating room visits, and build relationships with surgeons and healthcare providers.

You will advance product knowledge through formal training, conduct field calls, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and codes of conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business.
• Excellent listening, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Willingness to travel, including nights/weekends.
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy.

Responsibilities

• Gain product knowledge through formal sales training.
• Promote Globus Medical products during surgeon visits and surgeries.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for assigned territory.
• Conduct sales calls to promote and service products to customers.
• Assist the Spine Territory Manager on field calls.
• Develop and expand customer base and market share in the territory.
• Provide feedback on product development and market needs.
