You will design hands‑on training, support field sales readiness, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive adoption and add commercial value.

The role requires 6+ years in spine medical devices, 3+ years of clinical experience, and strong instructional design skills. Remote work is possible, travel may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Life Sciences, Education, or related discipline.
• MBA, MS, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for spine medical devices.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate business needs into education strategies.
• Experience working with global teams and KPIs to measure program impact.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% and work remotely near a major airport.
