Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Spine team in Raynham, MA seeks a Commercial Education Specialist to build and elevate spine sales capability through hands-on training, product launches, and effective education programs for field teams.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Medical Affairs, Professional Education, and Field-Based Education teams to design engaging learning experiences, simulate realistic scenarios, and ensure readiness across onboarding and ongoing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience with spinal implants, biomaterials, visualization technologies, navigation, or robotics.
Demonstrated success supporting surgeons and hospital customers in the operating room.
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs that accelerate sales performance and field readiness.
Support onboarding, product launches, and advanced sales capability initiatives.
Train sales professionals on spine procedures, implant systems, enabling technologies, biologics, account management, and strategic selling.
Assist with leading classroom, virtual, lab, and field-based training programs.
Create engaging learning environments that drive application and retention.
