Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, a leader in health care, seeks a Manager of Commercial Education (Spine) to design and deliver education strategies across the Spine portfolio, including DePuy Synthes Spine Core and Enabling Technologies. You will collaborate with Commercial Education, US Sales, Marketing and R&D to create hands-on training that improves product knowledge and clinical adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Spine Medical Device industry, with expertise in Sales, Education, Marketing, or a combination.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience supporting Spine Enabling Technologies, including Navigation, Robotics, and/or AR, within OR environment.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs and managing end-to-end learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and execution of global education and training programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to build training plans that support internal field sales learning.
• Accelerate sales readiness by teaching spine anatomy, procedures, and portfolio technologies.
• Assess learners, maintain records, and certify readiness for field members.
