Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Spine unit is recruiting a Manager, Field Education & Sales Enablement (Spine) – Core & Enabling Technologies, located in Raynham, MA with remote opportunities based on experience. Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of Spine Medical Device industry experience.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience supporting Spine Enabling Technologies in OR settings.
Experience designing and delivering training programs and end-to-end learning initiatives.
Ability to translate business and customer needs into education strategies.
Travel 40-60 percent (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and execution of global education and training programs aligned with commercial and product strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to build and execute training plans that support field sales learning needs.
Accelerate sales readiness and application of spine knowledge, products, and technologies.
Assess learners for competency, maintain training records, and provide readiness sign-off.
Deliver hands-on training in clinical and non-clinical settings for internal customers.
Partner with global teams to prepare international market portfolio launches.
